This Privacy Policy describes how The Grudge Holder, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operator of thegrudgeholder.com and grudgeholder.net (collectively, the “Site”), handles information in connection with your use of the Site and any purchases made through it. We use a third-party service provider to host the Site and to process payments, as described below.
We do not operate our own analytics, tracking, or data collection systems on the Site, and we do not directly collect personal information from visitors browsing the Site. Any information passively collected by your visit to the Site is collected by our hosting provider, as described in Section 3.
We collect the name of the person to whom you have directed your grudge, the type of grudge you have selected, your description of the grudge and the time and date when you submitted the grudge.
The Site is hosted by GoDaddy.com, LLC (“GoDaddy”). As part of providing hosting services, GoDaddy may automatically collect technical information from visitors, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring URLs, and other server log data. GoDaddy may also use cookies or similar technologies in connection with hosting, security, and performance of the Site.
We do not control, and are not provided with, this hosting-level data by GoDaddy in a form that identifies individual visitors. GoDaddy’s collection and use of this information is governed by GoDaddy’s own privacy policy, available at: https://www.godaddy.com/legal/agreements/privacy-policy.
If you make a purchase through the Site, payment is processed through GoDaddy’s payment platform (“GoDaddy Payments”), not directly by us. When you make a purchase, GoDaddy Payments collects the following information directly from you:
We do not receive or store your credit card or other payment card information. That information is collected and held solely by GoDaddy Payments and its payment processing partners, in accordance with applicable payment card industry (PCI) standards.
GoDaddy Payments shares the following limited information with us for each transaction, so that we can fulfill your order, provide customer service, and maintain business records:
We do not receive your phone number or any other credit card / payment information other than as listed above from GoDaddy Payments.
We use the name, address, and email address shared with us by GoDaddy Payments only to:
We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order or as required by law.
GoDaddy Payments’ own collection, use, and handling of your information — including your payment card data — is governed by GoDaddy’s privacy policy: https://www.godaddy.com/legal/agreements/privacy-policy, and by any agreement you enter into with GoDaddy Payments directly (e.g., GoDaddy’s payments terms of service).
We do not independently place cookies on your device. Any cookies present on the Site are placed by GoDaddy in connection with hosting, security, or the GoDaddy Payments checkout process. You can control cookies through your browser settings; GoDaddy’s privacy policy has more information about cookies it may use.
We may retain the name, address, and email address shared with us for each order so that we can fulfill each order, respond to any related customer service inquiries, and comply with our tax, accounting and legal obligations and for our general business purposes. We do not control how long GoDaddy or GoDaddy Payments retains data on their systems; please refer to GoDaddy’s privacy policy for that information.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. Because the information we hold is limited to what GoDaddy Payments shares with us for order fulfillment (name, address, email), you can contact us using the information in Section 10 to make such a request. For information collected by GoDaddy directly (hosting data, payment card data), you should contact GoDaddy or refer to GoDaddy’s privacy policy.
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16, where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party sites, and encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
